HEAD TO TOE CONFERENCE

The annual Head to Toe Conference provides a unique opportunity for promoting coordinated school health, sharing experiences and knowledge about school health issues and networking with others throughout New Mexico.  Attendees (approximately 800) include school nurses, counselors, social workers, administrators, school-based health center staff, community members and youth.  For more information on the Head to Toe Conference click here.

REGIONAL SCHOOL HEALTH UPDATES

On the DOH Regional level, OSAH staff provides trainings for school health workers and public staff.  These trainings give opportunities for networking, integrating behavioral health and primary care training as well as targeting training to the local populations. Contact the SHA from your region for training information. See Staff Directory
